The Board of Directors of YIB wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders' approval for the following proposals at the forthcoming Twentieth Annual General Meeting of the Company:- 1. Proposed renewal of existing and new shareholders' mandate for recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature; and 2. Proposed renewal of authority for the Company to purchase up to 10 % of its own shares in the issued and paid-up share capital collectively ("Proposals"). A Circular to Shareholders containing details of the Proposals will be issued to the shareholders of the Company in due course. This announcement is dated 15 April 2014. | |
