CTRM AM was incorporated on 7 February 1995 and was a dormant company. The dissolution of CTRM AM will not have a material effect on the earnings or net assets of the DRB-HICOM Group for the financial year ended 31 March 2014. None of the Directors or substantial shareholders of DRB-HICOM or persons connected to them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the said dissolution. This announcement is dated 18 April 2014.
