(“Citypoint”) and Originating Summons under Civil Suit No. 24NCC-377-11/2013 between BDSB against Citypoint
Further to the announcements made on 15 November 2013 and 21 November 2013, Benalec states that it has reached a settlement with Citypoint in respect of its claims against Citypoint under the Writ of Summons and accordingly, Citypoint would withdraw the Notice dated 18 November 2013 issued pursuant to Section 218(2)(a) of the Companies Act, 1965 (“Notice of Demand”). By virtue of the settlement and withdrawal of the Notice of Demand, BDSB will withdraw the Originating Summons in due course. All parties involved further agreed that no order as to costs be recorded under the Writ of Summons and Originating Summons. This announcement is dated 5 December 2013.
