| Description | INS BIOSCIENCE BERHAD ("INSBIO" OR THE "COMPANY") EXTENSION OF TIME TO SUBMIT THE COMPANY'S REGULARISATION PLAN UNDER GUIDANCE NOTE 3 (“GN 3”) OF THE ACE MARKET LISTING REQUIREMENTS OF BURSA MALAYSIA SECURITIES BERHAD |
Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 15 November 2013,
8 October 2013, 2 October 2013 and 1 October 2013, in relation to the above
matter, wherein it was announced that M&A Securities Sdn Bhd had submitted an appeal to Bursa
Malaysia Securities Berhad against the delisting of INSBIO's securities on 8 October 2013
("Appeal"). On
behalf of the Company, M&A Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to inform that Bursa
Securities had vide its letter dated 3 December 2013 decided to allow the
Appeal subject to the following :- (a) The
Company to make the Requisite Announcement within three (3) weeks from the date
of Bursa Securities letter dated 3 December 2013 i.e. by 24 December 2013; and (b) The
Company to submit the regularisation plan within two (2) months from the date
of the Requisite Announcement to Bursa Securities for approval. Bursa
Securities further decided to de-list the securities of the Company from the
Official List of Bursa Securities pursuant to Rul 8.04(5) of the Bursa
Securities ACE Market Listing Requirements in the event:- (a) The
Company fails to make the Requisite Announcement on or before 24 December 2013; (b) The
Company fails to submit the regularisation plan within two (2) months from the
date of Requisite Announcement to Bursa Securities for approval; (c) The
Company fails to obtain the approval for the implementation of its
regularisation plan and does not appeal within the timeframe (or extended
timeframe, as the case may be) prescribed to lodge an appeal; (d) The
Company does not succeed in its appeal; or (e) The
Company fails to implement its regularisation plan within the timeframe or
extended timeframes stipulated by the relevant authorities. | |
