Outcome of Meeting
On behalf of the Board of Directors of Farlim Group (Malaysia) Bhd (“Farlim”), AmInvestment Bank Berhad wishes to inform that the shareholders of Farlim have today at the Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”) approved the following ordinary resolution as set out in the Notice of EGM dated 19 November 2013:-
Proposed disposal of the following plots of lands:-

(i) undivided share of freehold land of Lot 1561, Seksyen 3, Bandar Ayer Itam held under no. Hakmilik GRN 43187 for a cash consideration of RM72,307,726.70;

(ii) undivided share of freehold land of Lot 1584, Mukim 13 held under no. Hakmilik GRN 53264 for a cash consideration of RM18,567,447.80; and

(iii) 11/100 undivided share of freehold land of lot 1457, Mukim 13 held under no. Hakmilik GRN 4661 for a cash consideration of RM21,626,551.10,

(collectively, the “Disposal Lands”), all within the district of Timor Laut, Penang, measuring an aggregate gross area reflecting the undivided share of the company in and to the above disposal lands of approximately 1,022,742.96 square feet, to 1MBD RE (Ayer Itam) Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Aluminium Development Company Sdn Bhd) for a total cash consideration of RM112,501,725.60 for the abovementioned Disposal Lands.
