The disposal will result in a gain of RM0.79 million and proceeds will be utilized for working capital. None of the Directors, major shareholders or person connected with them have any direct or indirect interest in the above disposal. The transaction is less than 5% percentage ratio in accordance with paragraph 10.02(g) of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad Main Market Listing Requirement.
