A Return by Liquidator relating to the said Final Meeting of AMTSB will be lodged on 4 December 2013 with the Companies Commission of Malaysia and the Official Receiver. Pursuant to Section 272(5) of the Companies Act, 1965, AMTSB will be dissolved on the expiration of three (3) months after the said lodgement date. This announcement is dated 3 December 2013. | |
