On behalf of the Board of Directors of Boilermech, RHB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that Boilermech proposes to undertake the following proposals:- (i) proposed transfer of the listing of and quotation for the entire issued and paid-up share capital of Boilermech from the ACE Market to the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad; (ii) proposed bonus issue of 258,000,000 Bonus Shares on the basis of one (1) Bonus Share for every one (1) existing Boilermech Share held by the entitled shareholders of Boilermech on an entitlement date to be determined later; and (iii) proposed increase in the authorised share capital of Boilermech from RM50,000,000 comprising 500,000,000 Boilermech Shares to RM100,000,000 comprising 1,000,000,000 Boilermech Shares.
