Further to our announcement dated 25 January 2013, the Board of Directors of Y&G wishes to announce that the Plaintiff had, on 1 November 2013, served a sealed copy of Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim, both dated 24 October 2013 (“the Writ”), claiming for the guaranteed sum of RM1,767,052.00 (“the Guaranteed Sum”) plus 5% interest per annum on the said Guaranteed Sum (calculated from the date of this Summons until full settlement) and other incidental costs. Y&G is required to enter an appearance at the Court within twenty (20) days after the service of this Writ.
