The CCM had replied via its letter dated 7 October 2013 which was received on 30 October 2013, enclosing a notice informing that at the expiration of three (3) months from the date of the notice, MMSB's and MEESB's name will, unless cause is shown to the contrary, be struck off the Register by the CCM and both MMSB and MEESB will be dissolved. MMSB and MEESB, both dormant company, was incorporated on 5 February 1997. The authorised and paid-up share capital for both MMSB and MEESB are RM100,000.00 and RM2.00 respectively. The striking off of MMSB and MEESB has no material financial effect on Merge.
