Further to our announcement dated 27 March 2013, the Company wishes to announce the latest development on the above case involving SAP, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, and TPGR, a subsidiary of SAP Leisure & Resort Sdn Bhd which in turn is a wholly owned subsidiary of SAP. KHSB was informed today by the solicitor acting for SAP and TPGR that the Court had vacated the date which was fixed for Decision/Clarification on 12 April 2013 as the Learned Judge is still on medical leave. The matter is now fixed for Decision/Clarification on 6 May 2013. The Company will make the necessary announcement on further development on this matter in due course. This announcement is dated 11 April 2013.
