The Board of Directors of Lion Forest Industries Berhad ("Company") wishes to announce that Intra Inspirasi Sdn Bhd ("Intra Inspirasi"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 7 March 2013, received the Business Licence pursuant to the incorporation by Intra Inspirasi of a wholly-owned subsidiary, Beijing Youshi Trading Co Ltd ("Youshi") in the People’s Republic of China on 26 February 2013. Consequent thereupon, Youshi became a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. Youshi will have a registered capital of Rmb2 million (equivalent to RM0.98 million). Youshi will be principally involved in general trading. The incorporation of Youshi does not have a material impact on the earnings of the Group for the financial year ending 30 June 2013 and the net assets of the Group based on the audited consolidated statement of financial position as at 30 June 2012. | |
