The Board of Directors of DMB wishes to announce that the Company, had on 8 March 2013 entered into four (4) Share Sale Agreements ("SSA") with the Purchaser:

a) to dispose 81,648 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in DSSB (“Sale Shares for DSSB”), representing 8.1% of the issued and paid-up share capital of DSSB at a cash consideration of RM6,500,000 (“Consideration for DSSB”);

b) to dispose 405,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in DOCI (“Sale Shares for DOCI”), representing 8.1% of the issued and paid-up share capital of DOCI at a cash consideration of RM3,700,000 (“Consideration for DOCI”);

c) to dispose 544,500 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in DPRO (“Sale Shares for DPRO”), representing 33% of the issued and paid-up share capital of DPRO at a cash consideration of RM6,700,000 (“Consideration for DPRO”); and

d) to dispose 101,500 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in DPV (“Sale Shares for DPV”), representing 29% of the issued and paid-up share capital of DPV at a cash consideration of RM101,500 (“Consideration for DPV”).
