Further to our announcement dated 18th July 2011 on the above matter, we have today received confirmation from the liquidator, Ms Lam Suk Kham of LP-One Corporate Secretarial Sdn Bhd, that the winding up of the dormant subsidiaries in the UMW Group namely UMW Management Systems Sdn Bhd, UMW Properties Sdn Bhd and UMW Bumi Indah Sdn Bhd have been fully completed.
