PUBLIC SHAREHOLDING SPREAD PURSUANT TO PARAGRAPH 8.02(1) AND PRACTICE NOTE 19 OF BURSA MALAYSIA SECURITIES BERHAD MAIN MARKET LISTING REQUIREMENTS (“Listing Requirements”)

Reference is made to the announcement made on 31 October 2012 in relation to the above mentioned matter.

The Company’s public shareholding spread according to the Record of Depositors of TAS as at 31 October 2012 was 15,991,120 shares representing 18.34% of its total issued and paid-up capital in the Company. Accordingly, the Company has not complied with the minimum public spread of 25%.

As announced on 12 October 2012, Bursa Securities had vide their letter dated 11 October 2012, rejecting the Company’s application for a further extension of time until 15 December 2012, to comply with the public shareholding spread.

In this regard, the Company had on 9 November 2012 applied to Bursa Securities, to grant TAS a final extension of time of six (6) months.

Bursa Securities had on 23 November 2012, granted six (6) months up to 23 May 2013 for TAS to meet the public shareholding spread.

The Board has deliberated on the possible options to address the public spread and will continue to monitor its shareholding spread to enable the Company to comply with Paragraph 8.02(1) of the Listing Requirements.

This announcement is dated 26 November 2012.
