The Board of Directors of Homeritz Corporation Berhad ("Homeritz" or "the Company") wishes to announce that the Directors has on 29 October 2012 proposed a final single tier tax exempt�dividend of 11.25% equivalent to 2.25 sen per share amounting to RM4.5 million for the financial year ended 31 August 2012 ("Proposed Final Dividend"), subject to the approval of Homeritz shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. The total dividend paid and proposed by Homeritz in respect of the financial year ended 31 August 2012 is 15.0% of par value (equivalent to 3 sen per share) amounting to approximately RM6 million. This represents about 41% of the consolidated net profit attribute to the owners of the Company for the financial year ended 31 August 2012. The entitlement date and payment date in respect of the Proposed Final Dividend will be determined and announced by Homeritz in due course. This announcement is dated 29 October 2012.
