Pursuant to subparagraph 10.09(2) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and Practice Note 12, SILK had�procured the renewal of the shareholders’ mandate at its last AGM held on 28th October 2011, to allow SILK and its subsidiary to enter into�RRPT of a revenue or trading nature and in the ordinary course of business which is necessary for the day-to-day operations, with related parties.�The shareholders’ mandate will be in force until the conclusion of the forthcoming AGM, unless the mandate is renewed.
