The Board of Directors of APM Automotive Holdings Berhad ("APMAH") informs that the Group has incorporated three (3) new wholly-owned subsidiaries ("Subsidiaries"), the particulars of which are set out in the table below, under the Labuan Companies Act, 1990:
�The incorporation of the above subsidiaries has no material effect on the earnings, gearing and net assets of the Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2012.
