Further to our Announcement dated 15 March 2012 on the execution of the Concession Agreement (“Concession Agreement”) between the Government of Malaysia and Terminal Bersepadu Gombak Sdn Bhd (“Concession Company”), a 95% owned subsidiary company of Zelan Berhad (“ZB”), for the development of the Integrated Transport Terminal in Gombak, Selangor, ZB would like to announce that the Concession Company has today received a letter dated 12 September 2012 from Bahagian Pengurusan Hartanah, Jabatan Perdana Menteri, stating that the period for the fulfillment of conditions precedent under the Concession Agreement has been extended by 6 months from 14 September 2012 to 14 March 2013.
