At the Company’s 17th AGM held on 29 May 2014, the Company had obtained the shareholders’ mandate to allow THR Group to enter into the Recurrent Related Party Transactions as set out in the circular to the shareholders of THR dated 30 April 2014.
The said shareholders’ mandate, unless renewed, shall expire at the conclusion of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
Accordingly, the Company intends to seek shareholders’ approval for the Proposed Renewal of Shareholders’ Mandate at the AGM of the Company to be convened at a date which will be notified later.
A Circular in relation to the Proposed
Renewal of Shareholders’ Mandate will be despatched to the shareholders of
the Company in due course.
