Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(24) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of IHH Healthcare Berhad (“IHH”) wishes to announce that the Company has been informed on 1 April 2015 that Clinical Hospital Sistina, Kosovo, an indirect subsidiary of IHH, has been dissolved on 6 March 2015 pursuant to the mutual agreement between its shareholders.   The dissolution of Clinical Hospital Sistina, Kosovo is part of the Group’s streamlining exercise and will not have any material effect on the issued and paid-up capital of IHH or IHH’s substantial shareholders’ shareholdings or any effect on the earnings, net assets or gearing of IHH on a consolidated basis for the financial year ending 31 December 2015.   None of the Directors and/or major shareholders or persons connected to them, have any interest, direct or indirect, in connection with the above.
