We refer to our earlier announcements dated 27 October 2011, 27 April 2012, 25 January 2013 and 11 March 2015. We wish to announce that pursuant to the new concession agreements entered between our associate companies, Sedafiat and One Medicare with the Government of Malaysia (“Government”) on 11 March 2015 in respect of the HSS at the Contract Hospitals, FMS has, on 1 April 2015, entered into the respective services agreements with One Medicare and Sedafiat (“Services Agreement(s)”) for the appointment of FMS as a contractor to provide the services, among others, facilities management services (“Services”), for the purposes of facilitating, during the early period of the East Malaysian Concessions, the transition of the provision of the Services from FMS to One Medicare and Sedafiat respectively, subject to the terms and conditions of the each Services Agreement.
