Further to the announcements dated 7 March 2014, 12 March 2014, 20 March 2014, 22 April 2014, 16 May 2014, 11 July 2014, 23 September 2014 and 31 October 2014, the Board of Directors of FCB wishes to announce that it has been informed by the Company’s solicitors that the Judge has adjourned the upcoming trial dates on 13th - 15th April, 2015 to 21st - 23rd July, 2015.
The Board shall make further announcements of any material development on the above matter as and when necessary.
