We refer to our earlier announcements dated 27 October 2011, 27 April 2012, 25 January 2013, 11 March 2015 and 1 April 2015. Further to the announcement dated 11 March 2015 on the New Concession Agreement entered between FMS and the Government, we wish to announce that the contract value of the said Agreement is RM307.32 million per annum. On 1 April 2015, the Company announced the signing of the Services Agreement entered between Sedafiat and FMS and One Medicare and FMS, the 6-months contract value is RM77.68 million and RM68 million respectively. The signing of the Services Agreements will not have any effect on the issued and paid-up capital, or on the shareholding of the substantial shareholders of the Company, however, it will contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of FGB Group. None of the major shareholders and directors of the Company and/or persons connected with them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Services Agreement. This announcement is dated 2 April 2015.
