Query Letter Contents	We refer to your Company's announcement dated 8 April 2015. In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following additional information for public release:- 1. To quantify the total capital repayment in respect of the Proposed SCR; 2. To provide basis and justification in arriving at Proposed SCR consideration price of RM1.50 for each existing Dagang Net Share held by the Minority Shareholders; 3. To show effect of the Proposed SCR on earnings per share, net assets per share and gearing based on latest audited consolidated financial statements for the most recently completed financial period of DNEX, assuming the Proposed SCR had been effected at the end of that financial period; 4. To specify the source of funding including its breakdown and details in respect of the capital repayment; 5. To state whether the Proposed SCR is subject to shareholders approval and the estimated time frame for submission of the application to the relevant authorities; 6. To provide a statement by the board of directors, excluding interested directors stating whether the transaction is in the best interests of DNEX, and where a director disagrees with such statement, a statement by the director setting out the reasons and the factors taken into consideration in forming that opinion; and 7. To quantify the highest percentage ratio applicable to the Proposed SCR pursuant to paragraph 10.02(g) of Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities.
