The Board now wishes to announce that the Disposal has been completed today following approval being obtained from the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission for China King Sun Finance Group Limited to be the new substantial shareholder of TAHK as a result of the Disposal and payment of the Balance Consideration of HKD15,300,000.00 (equivalent to RM7,160,400.00 at the current exchange rate of HKD1.00 to RM0.4680) by China King Sun Finance Group Limited in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Sale and Purchase Agreement dated 28 November 2014. This announcement is dated 17 April 2015.
