Reference is made to the litigation involving Soo Sin Lian @ Su Ken Sin (“Applicant”) and the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Olympia Land Berhad (Company No. 8821-U) (“OLB”) in the latest quarterly financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 31 December 2014. The Company would like to update the Exchange that OLB’s solicitors has notified that at the hearing held today, 14 April 2015, the Federal Court had dismissed the Applicant’s Leave Application with costs.
