On behalf of the Board, Alliance Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Board had on 17 February 2015 (“Price-Fixing Date”) fixed the issue price for the placement of 1,800,000 Placement Shares at RM4.10 per Placement Share. The issue price for the Placement Shares of RM4.10 represents a discount of approximately 3.58% to the five (5)-day volume weighted average market price of PESTECH Shares up to and including 16 February 2015 (being the last market day prior to the Price-Fixing Date) of RM4.2522 per PESTECH Share.
