For the avoidance of doubt, the Par Value Reduction does not affect the number of ordinary shares or rights attaching to the ordinary shares held by shareholders of Mycron. All the ordinary shares of Mycron standing to the credit of the securities account of Mycron’s shareholders shall not be affected, except for the reduction in par value of each ordinary share of Mycron from RM1.00 to RM0.25.
