implementation of the Private Placement; (ii) AISB and M&A Securities to inform Bursa Securities upon completion
of the Private Placement; (iii) AISB to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its
compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities’ approval once the
Private Placement is completed; and (iv) AISB to furnish Bursa Securities with a certified true copy of the
resolution passed pursuant to Section 132D of the Companies Act. 1965, in the
event the existing authority has expired prior to the full implementation of
