The Board of Directors of S P Setia wishes to inform that S P Setia intends to seek its shareholders' approval on the proposed amendments to the Articles of the Company ("Proposed Amendments") at the forthcoming Fortieth Annual General Meeting ("40th AGM") of the Company. The Proposed Amendments are made mainly to update the Articles so as to provide clarity to relevant provisions, to be in line with Chapter 7 of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad Main Market Listing Requirements as well as to improve operational efficiency. The details of the Proposed Amendments will be incorporated in the 2014 Annual Report of the Company and will be despatched to the shareholders in due course.
