The Board of Directors of Kimlun Corporation Berhad (“KIMLUN or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Kimlun Sdn Bhd had accepted the letter of award from Nusajaya Heights Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of UEM Sunrise Bhd for the construction of affordable apartments in Johor Bahru, Johor (“the Project”). The contract sum for the Project is Ringgit Malaysia Two Hundred Thirty Million Seven Hundred Three Thousand Five Hundred Eighty Seven and Cents Fifteen Only (RM230,703,587.15). The construction work is expected to be completed by August 2017. The Projects is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of KIMLUN Group for the financial years during the contract period. None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of the Company or persons connected with them have any interest, direct or indirect, in the above contracts. | |
