Reference is made to the article published in THE EDGE Financial Daily 19 January 2015 entitled "No slowing down for IFCA in FY15" in particularly the following paragraphs: 1. IFCA MSC Bhd expects China, Indonesia and the domestic market to help the enterprise software solutions provider deliver "remarkable" better earnings for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2015 (FY15), with sales contracts amounting to RM 130 million from the three markets. 2. Yong said IFCA is also eyeing a share of the Indonesian market in the near term through acquisition of a local firm. The Board of Directors ("Board") of IFCA wishes to clarify as follows: 1. The sales contract value of RM 130 million includes an amount of RM 33 million which is carried forward from contracts secured in 2014 and the balance of RM 97 million represent sales that the Company hopes to secure in FY15. However this is not a revenue forecast for FY15 and the sales target have not been reviewed by the external auditors. 2. The Company is in the midst of identifying the target company to be acquired, however this is still at preliminary stage where negotiation yet to commence. Once the details of the proposed acquisition have been finalized, an immediate announcement on the details of the acquisition will be made based on Listing Requirements. This announcement is dated 21 January 2015.
