Description	HYTEX INTEGRATED BERHAD (In Liquidation) ("HIB" OR "THE COMPANY") - Monthly announcement on the status of Default in Payment pursuant to Practice Note 1 ("PN 1") of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities")
Further to the Company’s announcement dated 16 December 2014, the Company wishes to announce that the Liquidators had on 18 December 2014 issued a letter to the petitioner’s solicitors pertaining to their client's intention to appeal the Court of Appeal's decision on 3 December 2014. The seven (7) days period given to the petitioners had lapsed on 26 December 2014. As at that date, the Liquidators have not been notified or formally served by the petitioners of any appeal to dismiss the Winding-Up Order dated 19 May 2014. In this regard, the Liquidators deemed that the petitioners have no further intention to file any appeal to dismiss the Winding-Up Order dated 19 May 2014. The Liquidators had on 30 December 2014 issued a letter to Bursa Malaysia informing the outcome of the above matter. Save for the above, the Company also wishes to announce that there has been no other material development on the status of defaults as at the date of this announcement and the Company will announce further developments on the above matter in due course. This announcement is dated 16 January 2015.
