We refer to our announcement dated 16 January 2015 and our prospectus dated 26 June 2014 in relation to the Company’s initial public offering (“IPO”). One of the conditions imposed by the Securities Commission (“SC”) on the IPO is Tanah Makmur to obtain the certificate of completion and compliance (“CCC”) for the oil palm mill of SJ Palm Oil Mill within 12 months from the date of the SC’s approval on the IPO (“Condition”). We would like to announce that we have obtained the CCC dated 20 January 2015 as at todate. As such, the said Condition has been complied. This announcement is dated 20 January 2015.
