We refer to the earlier announcement made on 19 June 2014 in relation to the above matter. On behalf of the Board of Directors of K-Star, Public Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that since the announcement made on 19 June 2014, Fujian Dixing and the appointed legal adviser of the Company in People’s Republic of China (“PRC”) have been following up with the relevant authorities of PRC in relation to the status of the application for the land-use-rights certificate of the Factory B Land. As at to-date, the status of the application for the land-use-rights certificate of the Factory B Land is pending the approval by Jinjiang Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources. The Company will continue to use its best endeavours to obtain the approvals from the relevant authorities of PRC. This announcement is dated 19 December 2014.
