Introduction Pesona Metro Sdn. Bhd. ("PMSB"), the wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company has on 19 December 2014, acquired the entire issued and paid-up capital of Ratus Syabas Sdn. Bhd. ("Ratus Syabas") comprising of two (2) ordinary shares of RM1.00 each for a cash consideration of RM2.00.
