The Board of Cahya Mata Sarawak Berhad ("CMSB" or "the Company") wishes to announce that CMS Land Sdn Bhd ("CMS Land"), a subsidiary company of CMS Property Development Sdn Bhd which in turn is a wholly owned subsidiary of CMSB had, on 14 November 2014, entered into a Design & Build Negotiated Contract with Sarawak Economic Development Corporation (“SEDC”) for CMS Land to undertake the proposed design, construction and completion of 11-storey SEDC office building at the Isthmus on Lot 2878 Block 7, Muara Tebas Land District, Kuching, Sarawak at a total contract sum of RM 68 million.
