  3. Conditional share sale agreement dated 13 November 2014 between Emas Kiara Properties Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Noblecorp Capital Sdn Bhd) (“EKP”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of EKIB and MB Land Sdn Bhd (“MB Land” or the “MB Max Vendor”) for the Proposed Acquisition.
