| The Bonus Issue is conditional on the renounceable rights issue of up to 1,479,238,150 new Shares (“Rights Shares”) on the basis of one (1) Rights Share for every two (2) existing Shares held by the entitled shareholders of Bumi Armada Berhad, at an issue price of RM1.35 per Rights Share, on the Entitlement Date (“Rights Issue”). The Bonus Shares will be listed and quoted simultaneously with the Rights Shares, on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The Bonus Issue will be completed at the same time as the Rights Issue. Entitled shareholders who do not subscribe for the Rights Shares will still be entitled to the Bonus Shares. However, the renouncees of the entitlements under the Rights Issue will not be entitled to the Bonus Shares. For the avoidance of doubt, the Bonus Shares will not be listed/quoted on the next market day after the Entitlement Date. An announcement on the listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares will be made in due course. The notice of book closure for the Rights Issue has been separately announced today.
