We refer to the announcement made in relation to the Proposed Disposal dated 19 March 2014 (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise defined herein, the abbreviations used in this announcement are the same as those previously defined in the Announcement. The Board of Tropicana wishes to announce that Sapphire Index Sdn Bhd and Eco Sanctuary Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Prominent Stream Sdn Bhd), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Eco World Development Group Berhad (formerly known as Focal Aims Holdings Berhad), have on 29 August 2014 mutually agreed to extend the Approval Period for a period of 6 months to 19 March 2015. Save for the extension to the period of fulfillment of Conditions Precedent, all terms and conditions to the Agreement shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
