On behalf of the Board of EW Berhad, we wish to inform that the Approval Period for fulfilment of the Conditions Precedent of three (3) months from the date of the SPA with an automatic extension of three (3) months thereafter shall expire on 19 September 2014 (“Initial Cut-off Date”).
