(Company No. 287846-W) (“DDSSB”), a 70% owned subsidiary of the Company, representing 30% of the issued and paid-up share capital of DDSSB at a total purchase consideration of RM4,501,380.00. Consequently, DSSSB became a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. The details of the announcement are set out in the attached file.
