Reference is made to the announcements on 15 August 2014 and 18 August 2014 in relation to the Proposed Bonus Issue of Warrants (“Announcements”). (For consistency, the abbreviations used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcements.) On behalf of the Board of Directors of Multi Sports, Mercury Securities Sdn Bhd (“Mercury Securities”) wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) has, vide its letter dated 22 August 2014, approved the following:- (i) admission to the Official List and the
listing and quotation of 258,750,000 Warrants to be issued pursuant to the
Proposed Bonus Issue of Warrants; and (ii) the listing and quotation of 258,750,000 Shares to be issued pursuant to the exercise of the Warrants. The approval by Bursa Securities for the Proposed Bonus Issue of Warrants is subject to, amongst others, the following conditions:- (i) Multi Sports and
Mercury Securities must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the
Main Market Listing Requirements pertaining to the implementation of the
Proposed Bonus Issue of Warrants;
(ii) Multi Sports and
Mercury Securities to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the
Proposed Bonus Issue of Warrants; and
(iii) Multi Sports to
furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the
terms and conditions of Bursa Securities’ approval once the Proposed Bonus
Issue of Warrants is completed.
