(Unless otherwise defined, all terms used in this announcement have the same meaning asribed in the announcement dated 10 July 2014) We refer to our announcements dated 10 July 2014 and 8 August 2014 in relation to the Proposals. On behalf of the Board of Century, MIDF Amanah Investment Bank Berhad ("MIDF Investment") is pleased to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") had vide its letter dated 21 August 2014 (which was received on 22 August 2014) approved the following: (a) listing and quotation of up to 61,032,148 new ordinary shares of RM1.00 each to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Bonus Issue; and (b) Proposed Share Split. The approval granted by Bursa Securities is subject to the following conditions:
