The Company had on 10 February 2014 obtained its
shareholders’ approval for the existing general mandate to enter into the
recurrent related part transactions (“RRPTs”).
Unless the mandate is renewed, such mandate for the said RRPTs shall lapse at
the conclusion of the forthcoming 20th Annual General Meeting of the
Company. Following the above, on behalf of the Board of Directors of ICB, AFFIN Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek its shareholders’ approval for the renewal of the existing general mandate, as well as the additional mandate in respect of the RRPTs to be entered into by ICB and its subsidiaries with the related parties at an Extraordinary General Meeting. A circular to the shareholders of ICB containing the information on the Proposals will be despatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course. This

Tunku Dato’ Seri Nadzaruddin Ibni Almarhum Tuanku Ja’afar, a director and substantial shareholder of the Company; and (ii) to increase the authorised share capital of NOVAMSC from fifty million ringgit (RM50,000,000) divided into 500,000,000 NOVAMSC Shares to one hundred million ringgit (RM100,000,000) divided into 1,000,000,000 NOVAMSC Shares. The Board of Directors of Microlink Solutions Berhad ("MSB" or "the Company") wishes to announce that based on the Record of Depositors as at 31 July 2014, the Company's public shareholding spread was 11.65%. As such, the Company is still not in compliance with the public shareholding spread requirement. In view of the above, the Company will apply for a further extension of time of twelve (12) months up to 27 August 2015 for MSB to implement the existing rectification plans as announced on 3 April 2014 and 4 July 2014 and to formulate other possible measures to comply with Rule 8.02 (1) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements.
