In accordance with subparagraph 6.06 (4) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board, having considered all aspects of the Grant to HS, is of the opinion that the Grant to HS is fair and reasonable to Axiata and is in the best interest of Axiata and hence, has approved the Grant to HS.
