Remarks :

On even date, the Notice of Book Closure for the distribution of up to 21,173,095 Shares (“Treasury Shares”) held by the Company on the basis of one (1) Treasury Share for every 125 existing Shares (“Special Share Dividend”) has been separately announced. For avoidance of doubt, the Treasury Shares shall be distributed to entitled shareholders before the Bonus Issue. Therefore, the entitlement to the Bonus Issue will be based on the increased number of Shares held by entitled shareholders after the Special Share Dividend. Pursuant to the above, the number of Bonus Shares to be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) will depend on the enlarged number of issued and paid-up Shares of DIALOG on 18 July 2014 after the Special Share Dividend. In order to facilitate the allotment of Bonus Shares after the crediting of Treasury Shares as well as the concurrent listing of the Bonus Shares and Treasury Shares, kindly take note that the Bonus Shares and Treasury Shares will not be listed / traded on the next market day after the Entitlement Date. An announcement on the listing date of the Bonus Shares and Treasury Shares will be made in due course. The share registrar of DIALOG will issue and despatch the notices of allotment to the entitled shareholders within eight (8) market days after the listing and quotation of the Bonus Shares and Treasury Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.
