Consequently thereto, GEMB becomes 92.27% owned subsidiary of SEAL.
The aforesaid subscription is not expected to have any material effect on the earnings per share, net assets or share capital of SEAL.
None of the Directors or substantial shareholders of SEAL or persons connected with them has any interest, direct or indirect in the aforesaid subscription.
