Further to the Company’s announcements made on 13 February 2014, 14 May 2014 and 6 June 2014 in relation to the Novation Cum Supplemental Agreement entered into by TA First Credit Sdn Bhd and Metro Ingenious Sdn Bhd (“MISB”), wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Company with Europlus Corporation Sdn Bhd (“Novation Agreement”) for the Acquisition, the Board of Directors of the Company now wishes to announce that the Conditions Precedent in the Novation Agreement has been fulfilled. The consideration for the Acquisition has been fully paid by MISB on the completion date, 25 June 2014. As such, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Acquisition has now been completed. This announcement is dated 25 June 2014.
